When your order is dispatched you will be sent a tracking number via e mail. Please refer to this. If you did not receive a tracking number and wish to track your order please email our team at sales@urbancoyote.com.au and we will endeavour to get back to you asap.

If you’d like to change your order please e mail us or call us instore asap. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we cannot change your order. However, you can send it back to us for an refund. Please note shipping costs are non refundable. (please refer to our refund/return policy.)

We do not offer refunds if a garment has been washed or cared for incorrectly.

We endeavour to ensure that the representation of colours in our online imagery is as close as possible to the “real life”.

However, colours can appear different depending on your monitor or phone screen.

If you are unsure please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to send you more pictures/information.
