Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. This may vary slightly depending on the backlog of orders. Please allow up to 5 days for regular shipping and up to 3 days for express shipping. Orders being shipped to remote or rural areas can take longer.

When your order is dispatched you will be sent a tracking number via e mail. Please refer to this. If you did not receive a tracking number and wish to track your order please email our team at sales@urbancoyote.com.au and we will endeavour to get back to you asap.

If you’d like to change your order please e mail us or call us instore asap. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we cannot change your order. However, you can send it back to us for an exchange (please refer to our refund/return policy.)

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you cannot cancel it. However, you are more than welcome to return your item. For more information please refer to our Refund/return policy.

Please contact us via e mail to notify us of your request to return your item. Once we receive your item we you will be sent an online credit in the form of a single use discount code to use for your next online purchase. Your single use code is valid for 12 months.

All items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Refunds are only given for genuinely faulty items.

Please refer to the washing instructions on your garment. If you are unsure please COLD HAND WASH your garment.

We do not offer refunds if a garment has been washed or cared for incorrectly.

We endeavour to ensure that the representation of colours in our online imagery is as close as possible to the “real life”.

However, colours can appear different depending on your monitor or phone screen.

If you are unsure please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to send you more pictures/information.
